What is ROVR?

ROVR is a service delivering premium pet food and supplies in Toronto.

How does ROVR work?

ROVR allows you to order your pet's premium food and supplies online and have everything delivered to your home or office as soon as the next day.

Does ROVR have a store I can pick up my order from?

ROVR doesn't have a physical store. We are strictly an online service. We work with local Toronto pet stores to source the products in your order and deliver them directly to you.

Deliveries

Does ROVR deliver to my area?

If you live in Toronto, we probably do. You can learn more about our delivery area here.

When will my delivery arrive?

Your order will arrive when you want it to arrive! You can schedule your delivery time on the calendar found on the cart page when you place your order. We deliver in hourly time slots between 10 AM-9 PM from Monday to Friday and 10 AM-2 PM on the week-end.

Do I have to be home to accept delivery?

No you don't, as long as the order has been paid for. Just let us know where to leave the delivery in the notes section of the cart page and we'll make it happen. 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on one-time orders over $40 (before taxes) or on all subscription orders. Delivery is $9.99 on one-time orders under $40.

How do subscription orders work?

As a subscription customer, you can get your pet's food and supplies delivered on an automatic schedule chosen by you. So, for example, you can get 1 large bag of your dog's favourite food delivered every 4 weeks until your subscription runs out. It's a great way for you to "set it and forget it". With a subscription order you can relax knowing you will have a bag of food delivered exactly when you need it. Plus, there are no delivery charges on all subscription orders!

Do I have to commit to anything when I subscribe?

There is no commitment at all. A subscription can be canceled at any time by signing in to your account and clicking on the "manage my subscriptions" link.

How do I cancel or alter my subscription?

You can alter or cancel your subscription by signing in to your account and clicking on the "manage my subscriptions" link.

Payments

What forms of payment does ROVR accept?

We securely accept Paypal and major credit cards through our website, Interac e-transfer, and cash at delivery.

How do I pay with Interac e-transfer?

Once you've placed your order online you can send the total amount owing for your order to rovrdelivers@gmail.com along with the security code information for your transfer.

Privacy

What does ROVR do with the information I enter when placing my order?

When you place an order, we use the information you provide us with to fulfill your order. That's it.

Does ROVR store my credit card information?

No we don't. We use trusted companies like Paypal and Stripe to securely process your credit card transactions.
